The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic role is onsite in Toledo, OH, on a Monday–Friday straight day shift from 5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Starting pay is $34.23 per hour, with increases at six months and one year. The role supports machinery maintenance in a manufacturing environment. The mechanic repairs, rebuilds, and troubleshoots industrial machinery to reduce downtime and support production. The work includes preventive maintenance, equipment assembly and rebuilding, and collaboration with engineers, production personnel, and other trades.

What you'll do

• Set up, repair, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery
• rebuild machines, assemblies, and mechanical components
• repair and rebuild forming and production equipment
• diagnose mechanical issues and root causes
• work with engineers, production personnel, and other trades
• use engineering drawings and technical documentation
• operate shop equipment and precision tools
• use cranes, hoists, and rigging equipment to move machinery and components.
