What you'll do

• Engage individuals with emotional support and shared recovery experience
• facilitate peer-led groups
• help clients identify goals and navigate resources
• provide appointment reminders and assist with scheduling and transportation coordination
• document interactions and group sessions in electronic health records
• collaborate with certified peer recovery specialists and clinical teams
• maintain confidentiality and follow agency policies and ethical standards.
