What you'll do

• Determine, schedule, and train sufficient staff to meet facility needs
• train staff on duties, procedures, and personnel policies and address performance as necessary
• coordinate with other departments and help resolve problems
• hold staff meetings and communicate relevant information
• conduct routine in-service education on state requirements, infection control, and safety
• maintain compliance with applicable regulations
• monitor cleaning practices and use of appropriate chemicals
• maintain supplies and equipment to support resident safety and comfort.
