What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting, and hygiene
• support transfers, ambulation, and assistive-device use
• measure and document vital signs and basic health observations as directed
• help with care-related housekeeping, laundry, linens, and meal preparation
• assist with feeding
• provide companionship and emotional support
• monitor and report changes or safety concerns
• document care
• follow infection-control, safety, confidentiality, and scope-of-practice requirements.
