The director leads the day-to-day Client Success organization and builds the systems needed to onboard, support, retain, and scale K-12 partnerships. The role owns the client-facing journey from post-sale handoff through launch, account health, support, risk management, and renewal readiness, while Delivery & Operations retains responsibility for functional execution.

What you'll do

• Lead Client Success Managers and coordinators
• own client-facing transition from signed contract through launch and ongoing success
• oversee handoffs, kickoff, success criteria, stakeholder capture, communication plans, and expectations
• monitor implementation readiness and launch risks
• maintain account health visibility
• establish check-ins, success plans, reviews, and Voice of Customer practices
• manage support needs and recovery plans
• maintain renewal readiness
• coach staff
• build CRM discipline, account plans, escalation protocols, and repeatable processes
• coordinate with Delivery & Operations without taking over its execution responsibilities.
