What you'll do

• Design, implement, and manage underwriting training programs
• use instructional design frameworks and adult-learning methods
• develop assessments to measure knowledge retention and application
• use learning management systems and e-learning tools
• manage training projects
• and incorporate AI tools or analytics into training programs when applicable.
