Service Tech Lead

The Service Tech Lead role is onsite in Forest Falls, CA; compensation is $20 per hour. The role supports Forest Home’s facilities and guest readiness by coordinating meeting-space setups, maintenance, and service technician work. The lead plans and monitors daily facility tasks, performs minor repairs, supports technicians with training and quality checks, and helps ensure spaces and equipment are ready for guests and staff.

What you'll do

• Oversee meeting-space setups, breakdowns, and changeovers
• coordinate furniture moves and room resets
• maintain cleanliness
• perform minor repairs and basic maintenance
• maintain and repair vacuums, small equipment, and furniture
• troubleshoot and complete work orders
• perform pest-control duties as assigned
• guide technicians, prioritize work, and provide training and quality checks
• report facility needs
• maintain safe work practices, tools, and inventory
• operate company vehicles to move people and materials across camp.
