What you'll do

• Perform light maintenance and repair services including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, software updates, and recall repairs
• Diagnose basic vehicle concerns
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with manufacturer guidelines
• Accurately document all services performed
• Complete and close repair orders in a timely manner
• Provide a professional and friendly customer experience
• Follow assigned daily schedules and routes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mobile service vehicle.
