The Line Cook role is onsite in Medford, OR, and pays $18 per hour. Compensation is $18 per hour. The cook supports Original Roadhouse Grill’s kitchen operations. This role prepares, plates, and garnishes hot appetizers and entrees so orders are completed according to recipes and kitchen standards. It also supports safe, sanitary, and organized food preparation.

What you'll do

• Set up the work area, equipment, and utensils
• read POS tickets and prepare ordered items according to the recipe book
• plate and garnish hot appetizers and entrees
• maintain safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards
• rotate, label, date, cover, and store products
• clean the work area and equipment. On occasion, operate the dish machine and may prepare salads and raw product for the cook’s line.
