What you'll do

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
• establish and follow up on customer relationships
• respond to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
• work with the agent on marketing goals
• educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review process.
