What you'll do

• Review patient care documentation against OASIS assessments and plans of care
• process OASIS submissions and related data transfers and follow-up records
• monitor charts for quality of care and appropriate orders and provider contact
• monitor policy, procedure, and HIPAA compliance
• apply ICD-10 coding and OASIS E
• resolve documentation issues
• assist with in-services and clinician training
• recommend process improvements
• maintain quality records and prepare management reports.
