HVAC Maintenance Technician is an onsite role in Sandy, UT, with compensation of $24–$28 per hour plus spiffs. The technician supports residential heating and cooling customers in Sandy, Murray, and the surrounding area for One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. The role performs scheduled system maintenance and identifies issues for the service team, helping homeowners maintain furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps. It also supports the company’s membership program and offers a paid training path toward a Service Technician role.

What you'll do

• Perform scheduled maintenance and tune-ups on residential furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
• inspect systems, document findings, and flag repair or replacement needs
• enroll homeowners in the maintenance membership program
• keep work areas and the company vehicle clean and stocked
• use floor savers in customers’ homes
• drive and work safely. Requires one or more years of HVAC experience or HVAC trade school completion and EPA Section 608 Type II or Universal certification
• the employer will help obtain Universal certification if needed.
