What you'll do

• Coordinate concept design, estimating, purchasing, drafting, fabrication, and installation for exhibit and event projects
• communicate with customers, internal departments, and vendors
• prepare estimates, labor projections, schedules, and show-site installation and dismantle packets
• track project details in company databases
• manage vendor invoices and cost-to-revenue ratios
• research vendors and materials
• inspect exhibit assets and prepare them for shipping
• coordinate with show-site installation and dismantle teams
• and travel up to 25%, including for site installations.
