What you'll do

• Develop and facilitate group, community-based, and individualized activities
• support assigned participants and their goals
• complete participant documentation
• assist with intake, assessment, orientation, and service planning
• maintain activity supplies and safe program spaces
• drive participants in the organization’s shuttle bus
• participate in staff meetings and training.
