What you'll do

• Sort, count, and pack frozen egg products
• fill and fold omelets for freezing
• inspect products and packaging
• conduct computerized quality checks
• check case weights
• rotate among work positions
• maintain housekeeping and sanitation
• follow safety, GMP, and HACCP practices
• and report conditions that could affect food safety, product quality, or personnel safety.
