What you'll do

• Own and update the daily master schedule in CareSmartz360
• manage call-offs and shift changes
• coordinate onboarding, meet-and-greets, and caregivers’ first shifts
• communicate with clients and caregivers
• support recruitment and maintain a ready-to-work caregiver pool
• take after-hours calls one to two weeks per month
• track and report scheduling metrics and caregiver performance
• collaborate with the Virtual Assistant and field preceptors
• and apply standard operating procedures.
