What you'll do

• Greet patients and answer phones
• check in patients and verify appointment and billing information
• schedule appointments
• collect co-pays and co-insurance
• complete new-patient intake and registration
• review benefits and paperwork
• check out patients and schedule follow-ups per clinician instructions
• assist with FOTO surveys and medical-record requests
• track plans of care
• scan documents into electronic medical records
• maintain patient and appointment statistics.
