What you'll do

• Lead and coach sales teams across pre-leasing, lease-up, and stabilized communities
• implement KPIs and sales success plans
• analyze sales statistics, CRM reports, team activity, and mystery shops
• travel to portfolio communities to mentor teams
• support recruiting, onboarding, training, and sales meetings
• partner with operations and marketing on sales strategies and occupancy goals
• review performance and improvement plans with leadership and capital partners.
