What you'll do

• Serve as primary contact for assigned hotel accounts
• build relationships with hotel leadership
• lead customer onboarding and implementation
• conduct check-ins, property visits, and account reviews
• monitor account health
• own service concerns through resolution
• coordinate across departments
• train customers on the Customer Portal and reporting tools
• identify opportunities to expand services and hotel relationships
• support retention and partnership growth.
