Floating Teacher – Early Childhood Classrooms

What you'll do

• Provide substitute classroom coverage
• assist teachers with classroom opening and closing, lesson materials, play, projects, outdoor supervision, bathroom needs and diapering, meals, and nap time
• maintain cleanliness
• follow classroom schedules
• encourage age-appropriate activities
• maintain required professional development hours and PQ registry
• attend monthly staff meetings
• build positive relationships with students and parents.
