What you'll do

• Visit assigned centers monthly to assess residents for laboratory needs, condition changes, dehydration risks, and possible IV hydration
• review clinical records and laboratory results
• communicate findings to facility leadership and providers
• complete clinical documentation
• educate staff and providers
• follow up on residents receiving hydration
• confirm services follow orders, nursing standards, infection-control practices, and company policies
• provide remote record review and clinical support.
