Part-Time Property Assistant

Job overview

The Part-Time Property Assistant role is onsite across offices in Tampa, FL, and St. Petersburg, FL, with approximately 30 hours per week. Compensation is $700–$800 per week. The role supports the owners’ real estate and property management operations, with occasional support for Gold Seal Roofing and the Children’s Sunshine Foundation, which assists families traveling to the Tampa Bay area for children’s medical treatment. The assistant helps keep rental property operations organized, serving tenants and prospective residents while coordinating payments, maintenance, listings, and move-ins and move-outs. The role also supports families in temporary housing and may include occasional errands or administrative tasks; property emergencies may require availability outside normal office hours.

What you'll do

• Communicate with tenants
• monitor rent and follow up on balances
• coordinate maintenance requests, work orders, vendors, and contractors
• maintain rental listings
• respond to inquiries
• coordinate move-ins and move-outs
• maintain tenant, lease, and property records
• carry the property management phone and be accessible for emergencies outside office hours
• support families in temporary housing
• may assist with occasional errands and administrative tasks.
