What you'll do

• Greet guests and take beverage orders
• prepare drinks according to recipes and company standards
• verify guest identification and notify management about underage drinking or obvious intoxication
• enter orders in the POS system and handle payments and receipts
• maintain bar supplies and report defective equipment
• offer and serve food
• clean, set up, and break down the bar
• wash and sterilize glassware
• participate in scheduled catering events as required.
