What you'll do

• Provide hands-on client care and cover open shifts as needed
• travel throughout service areas
• maintain client safety and report changes in condition
• oversee quality processes, caregiver evaluations, field assessments, and care plan audits
• train and mentor Personal Care Coaches
• review care plans with nurses and administrative staff
• monitor client satisfaction and resolve concerns
• maintain accurate documentation
• support scheduling, onboarding, and team initiatives
• identify care delivery gaps and recommend improvements.
