The Program / Project Manager II role follows a hybrid schedule based in Annapolis Junction, MD, and at TSA Headquarters in Springfield, VA, with onsite work at assigned government facilities at least one day per week and additional days as needed. The stated annual compensation range is $82,500–$95,000. The role supports TSA's Office of Trusted Traveler & Credentialing and programs including TSA PreCheck, Secure Flight, Universal Enrollment Services, and ICAM/Digital Identity. This position provides project management oversight to help federal vetting, credentialing, and passenger-screening programs meet cost, schedule, performance, and compliance objectives. It coordinates planning, monitoring, risk management, stakeholder alignment, change control, quality review, and executive reporting.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain project plans, integrated master schedules, work breakdown structures, and baseline documentation. Track project progress, budgets, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
• maintain risk registers, issue logs, and mitigation strategies
• coordinate government, technical, vendor, and inter-agency stakeholders
• prepare status reports, dashboards, and program reviews
• manage change, action, and decision logs
• and quality-review program artifacts.
