What you'll do

• Perform daily data entry
• receive and process invoices for payment and update invoice details
• reconcile bills of lading and other shipping documents with the data processing system
• communicate with vendors and company personnel
• assist managers and staff with paperwork and clerical matters
• follow communication procedures and policies.
