What you'll do

• Greet members and guests
• answer phones
• check members in
• tour and sign up new members
• communicate updates and events
• respond to questions and concerns
• process purchases and membership-account changes
• explain fitness classes
• assist in emergency situations as trained
• maintain facility rules and security
• clean and maintain the club
• complete walkthroughs every 20 minutes
• and assist with inventory and key performance tracking.
