What you'll do

• Provide personal care and related services under nurse supervision

• assist with hygiene, ambulation, meals, and home safety
• support rehabilitation activities as needed
• encourage independence and mental engagement
• provide simple emotional support
• report changes in condition
• perform routine housekeeping
• prepare visit reports and coordinate visit schedules
• attend required in-service training.
