The Restaurant Topper, Salad and Wrap Preparation role is onsite in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Pay is $15–$17 per hour. The role supports Just Salad's front-of-house guest service and its mission to make everyday health and sustainability possible. The Topper prepares guest orders, assists with digital orders, restocks ingredients, and maintains a clean service line while following food safety and quality standards. The role also supports waste reduction, recycling, and composting initiatives as part of the restaurant's sustainability efforts.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service to guests
• complete order tickets clearly and accurately
• assist with digital orders as needed
• top salads and wraps
• restock toppings and lettuce
• practice FIFO
• clean the line and sweep floors
• complete assigned tasks and work as Name Taker if needed
• clean, restock, and break down the topping line at shift end
• follow food safety and quality standards
• support food waste reduction, recycling, and composting programs.
