The Seasonal Aviation Front Desk Customer Service Representative role is onsite at SUA in Stuart, FL. It pays $18–$20 per hour. The position is the first point of contact for clients arriving at Atlantic Aviation’s facility and supports services for corporate aircraft, cargo and passenger charters, and general aviation aircraft. The representative helps ensure customers’ service needs are met by coordinating reservations and transactions and working closely with line service personnel and pilots. Occasional travel or assignment at another Atlantic location may be required based on business needs.

• Provide professional customer service and assistance
• make hotel and catering reservations for inbound and outbound aircraft
• process customer purchases and fuel transactions
