What you'll do

• Lead and support the Cleaning Ambassador team and daily downtown service operations
• oversee beautification, maintenance, and contracted services
• monitor conditions and coordinate responses
• manage budgets, vendors, equipment, assets, technology, and performance reporting
• coordinate with city, public-safety, social-service, business, and property-owner partners
• oversee cleaning, trash pickup, graffiti removal, snow removal, and other district services
• support outdoor programming and festivals
• lead minor public-realm improvement projects.
