The Senior Technical Program Manager, Recommendations, Revenue & Engagement is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA or Palo Alto, CA, with in-office collaboration three days per week. The role supports Tinder teams focused on personalized recommendations, user engagement, and revenue programs, advancing the company’s mission to keep human connection alive. This role drives cross-functional programs from planning through launch while keeping the three teams’ operations coordinated. It aligns Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and other partners, manages dependencies and risks, and communicates program health to leadership to help deliver user experiences at global scale.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end delivery of programs across Recommendations, Revenue, and Engagement, including recommendation infrastructure and models, subscriptions, payments, ads, lifecycle messaging, and the CRM platform. Track milestones and dependencies across teams
• coordinate ownership and sequencing
• identify and resolve issues

• and provide leadership with program updates, escalations, and recommended paths forward.
