What you'll do

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees
• answer and direct calls and handle inquiries
• maintain electronic and physical filing systems
• process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• assist with financial documents such as invoices
• perform photocopying, scanning, and data entry
• support team projects and initiatives.
