• Develop and manage accounts across restaurants, butcher shops, supermarkets, Latin markets, distributors, and foodservice operators
• prospect through in-person territory visits
• promote meat, poultry, seafood, and value-added products
• recommend solutions based on client needs
• grow sales and gross margin
• negotiate agreements
• track activity in CRM
• collaborate with operations, logistics, and customer service.
