What you'll do

• Manage rehabilitation services, provide direct patient care, monitor clinical standards, manage personnel, ensure evidence-based care, review therapist outcomes, remove treatment barriers, conduct staff evaluations, hire therapy staff, manage daily staffing and utilization, administer financial controls, and maintain referral source relationships.
