What you'll do

• Full-time position
• flexible to hire 0.9 to 1.0 FTE. Outpatient care only. Schedule is 4 days per week and very limited phone call only. Recognized as Tier 4 Patient-Centered Primary Care Home and Age Friendly Health System. Opportunity for teaching residents for those who are interested. Position is eligible for H1b and J1-waiver sponsorship.
