What you'll do

• Review and verify records for compliance with funding requirements and internal quality controls
• communicate documentation needs to Care Navigation
• organize and reconcile client files across data platforms
• procure client supplies and essential items
• prepare purchase orders for financial assistance
• complete client file exit processes
• update contract spend-down reports
• enter and monitor database data
• assist with management reports.
