What you'll do

• Lead and develop maintenance personnel
• drive preventive, predictive, and prescriptive maintenance programs
• coordinate machine and facility repairs
• troubleshoot equipment and support maintenance teams
• support emergency response and on-call maintenance activities as needed
• lead engineering technicians and manufacturing engineering resources
• oversee automation, capital equipment, continuous improvement, commissioning, and startup projects
• coordinate workloads, vendors, and team development.
