Shift Leader

What you'll do

• Serve guests
• complete opening and closing tasks
• oversee the restaurant and team when a manager is not on duty
• set the tone for the shift and give team members directions
• maintain menu and product knowledge
• support stations, including the kitchen
• prepare food and complete side work
• follow cash handling, food handling, alcohol handling, hygiene, and health department procedures.
