Regional Director of Sales (Senior Living)

This role leads sales performance across multiple communities by coaching local teams, supporting move-ins and census goals, and strengthening sales practices. It contributes to occupancy growth and resident outreach through analysis, training, recruiting support, and coordination with operations leaders.

What you'll do

• Lead sales performance to drive move-ins and census goals
• coach and support Senior Lifestyle Counselors and Coordinators with Executive Directors and Regional Operations Leaders
• conduct site visits, coaching, and audits
• analyze sales activity and conversion data and report insights
• deliver onboarding and ongoing training
• help recruit, screen, and onboard sales talent
• oversee CRM use, lead tracking, and sales practices
• manage sales tools and programs
• monitor market conditions, competition, and pricing
• build team motivation and accountability.
