What you'll do

• Build relationships with assisted living and group home administrators, clinicians, and caretakers

• provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support
• maintain CRM records
• follow territory call plans
• educate referral sources about products and reimbursement procedures
• coordinate with intake and customer service teams
• support referral documentation and patient issue resolution
• maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
