What you'll do

• Answer and distribute incoming customer calls and sales email
• address customer questions and concerns
• prepare sales quotations and direct part-number proposals
• review and process purchase orders
• enter orders and create invoices
• confirm product lead times
• follow up on proposals, projects, orders, and shipments
• maintain customer and sales-part records in the ERP system
• process tax-exemption documentation
• assist with parts pricing and order entry
• collaborate across departments and locations
• conduct customer, market, and competitor research
• analyze sales data in Microsoft Excel.
