What you'll do

• Supervise, develop, and schedule resident services staff
• establish and maintain a compliant medication system
• assess and reassess resident needs and establish service plans
• manage the Resident Services Department within budget
• conduct daily quality enhancement reviews
• serve as a contact for resident-care issues
• ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations
• provide training and orientation
• communicate with residents, families, department heads, staff, and the Executive Director
• administer medications and assist with activities of daily living as needed and as permitted by state guidelines.
