What you'll do

• Plans and provides diet interventions, medical nutrition therapy, and nutrition care.
• Monitors nutritional status for neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Develops individualized care plans and provides nutrition counseling.
• Educates patients and families on disease management and nutrition risk.
• Participates in clinical performance improvement activities.
