What you'll do

• Provide legal and administrative support to a senior criminal defense attorney
• assist with cases from intake through resolution, hearings, and trial
• prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, subpoenas, and other documents
• organize discovery, evidence, police reports, and investigative records
• coordinate court appearances, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• maintain calendars and deadlines
• communicate with clients, court personnel, prosecutors’ offices, and legal professionals
• coordinate witnesses and trial exhibits
• maintain confidential case files.
