What you'll do

• Manage designated field activities and supervise construction phases at the jobsite
• manage permits and inspections and address deviations
• maintain daily progress reports, photographs, payroll and equipment time records when required, field reports, schedule updates, and correspondence
• supervise and coordinate field employees, subcontractors, and vendors
• support safety, cleanliness, and quality
• understand building codes and installation methods
• develop project schedules with project management
• anticipate and resolve potential delays.
