What you'll do

• Negotiate single case agreements, letters of agreement, and payer participation agreements
• review reimbursement methodologies and terms
• coordinate with admissions, utilization review, revenue cycle, finance, and facility leadership
• track agreement status, effective dates, renewals, and terms
• maintain accurate contracting documentation
• support facility credentialing, payer enrollment, and network participation
• identify process barriers and recommend workflow improvements
• monitor payer requirements and ensure compliance with regulations and organizational policies.
