What you'll do

• Configure and initialize Radar customer integrations
• troubleshoot integration discrepancies
• handle tickets for assigned enterprise customers
• document software defects for Development
• update POS integration documentation
• manage and troubleshoot customer exports
• cross-train and assist with R365 POS integrations
• prioritize ticket queues
• mentor new team members when requested.
