HR Business Partner

What you'll do

• Advise on employment issues and policies
• manage HR correspondence and support projects or audits
• monitor compliance with employment laws and organizational policies
• guide corrective actions
• conduct and document workplace investigations
• assist with union grievance materials
• and advise managers on employee relations, policy interpretation, and performance concerns. Train managers on leadership, employee communication, and performance management. Coordinate initial accommodation requests and manage Labor & Industries matters, claims, light-duty return-to-work programs, and OSHA/WISHA compliance.
