Treatment Director

What you'll do

• Implement and enforce policies and procedures for mental health services
• monitor regulatory requirements
• meet with the CEO and participate in team and management meetings
• provide education and outreach
• maintain community relationships
• refer clients and coordinate with providers
• facilitate staff meetings and provide clinical consultation
• train staff on clinical issues
• review clinical paperwork
• conduct diagnostic assessments and write interpretive summaries
• provide psychotherapy
• coordinate and evaluate services
• provide community-based services and services in billable locations
• handle crises and direct staff
• identify client needs and treatment goals.
